“Owl Be There” is a hat that will be there for you when it’s cold to warm up your ears, to make you smile when you have tears, and for when you need a big knitted ear to listen to your fears. Through thunder and lighting, blizzards and wind, “Owl Be There” will be there through thick and thin. “Owl Be There” needn’t only be an Owl, it can be a cat, or a bear, or a mouse if you dare! Let your creativity reign with your choice of colors and yarn, if you need inspiration, head to the barn!
This hat includes instructions for all ages from baby-adult, and is completely customizable! Pattern includes instructions for 2 different gauges of super bulky weight yarn, 3 eye options, 2 ear options (rounded and pointed), and a bow! All pieces of this hat are knitted and worked seamlessly using a circular needle and double-pointed needles. This hat could be made into many animals, I have provided examples of a bear-owl, an owl, and a cat. I look forward to seeing what creative ideas you come up with!
