Both the Top and Skirt are knit seamlessly in the round from the bottom up. The ruffles on the Top are added by picking up stitches along each strap and knitting the ruffle back an forth. The ribbon bow is optional – I used a sewing machine to sew the ribbon to my top, though you could also hand sew the ribbon on. The Skirt features a fold over waistband to encase an elastic for perfect fit.
